Welcome to Emberglow Counseling and Wellness. By accessing this website, purchasing products, booking services, or using any content provided, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Nature of Services

Emberglow Counseling and Wellness provides therapy services, coaching, educational content, digital downloads, and creative offerings.

  • Therapy Services are provided only to residents of Wisconsin and are facilitated through a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (SimplePractice). Therapy clients must complete a formal intake process and sign all necessary consent forms before services begin.

  • Coaching, courses, and digital products are non-clinical in nature. These services are not therapy, do not create a therapist-client relationship, and are intended for general educational or personal development purposes.

2. No Therapist-Client Relationship (Outside of Therapy)

Purchasing a product, booking a coaching session, or enrolling in a course does not create a therapist-client relationship. Therapy clients must schedule through SimplePractice and complete all required forms.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including courses, downloads, videos, and branding—is the property of Emberglow Counseling and Wellness and may not be copied, modified, or redistributed without written consent.

4. Limitations of Use

You may not use this site or its content for illegal or unauthorized purposes. Misuse of any services, including impersonation, harassment, or violation of others’ rights, will result in termination of access.

5. No Guarantees

Coaching and digital products are tools intended to support your growth. Results may vary, and no outcome is guaranteed.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

At Emberglow Counseling and Wellness, all sales are final. Please read the following carefully before making any purchase:

1. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once a file has been accessed or delivered, no refunds will be issued.

2. Coaching Services

All coaching sessions are non-refundable. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations will result in forfeiture of the session fee.

3. Courses, Workshops, and Memberships

All educational programs and memberships hosted through Podia are non-refundable. Please review all details before enrolling.
